Service Description

A 45-minute strength class that sculpts and tones your booty! This class takes you into strength exercises where You will burn your glutes with kickbacks, fire hydrants, glute bridges, jump squats, and more! Let's fire up those glutes, build strength, definition, and get stronger in your core. A light, medium or heavy resistance band is recommended and will help you break a sweat with each rep. A yoga mat is recommended for floor work. All ages and fitness levels are welcomed!
